The Crystal Wave Suite is a one bedroom apartment, which is situated on the third and also highest floor of the new complex; Santa Maria Residence. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests.

In the bedroom there is a beautiful queen size box spring bed with a unique design including a storage space. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner with remote control, built-in closets, a bench, mobile mirrors, luxury night lights and high-quality blackout curtains. From the bedroom you have a side sea view. If you want to use the apartment with 4 guests, you can easily use the luxurious sofa bed in the living room. From the bedroom you have a side sea view.

Near the bedroom you will find the bathroom fitted with a rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, scale, bathroom furniture and a mirror with lighting and mirror heating.

The living room includes a lounge area with a sofa bed and a Smart TV, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room is nicely decorated with beautiful accessories. The Crystal Wave Suite is decorated in a modern and organic style with natural colors. All this to create a sense of serenity in the suite. Cape Verdean art culture has also been thought of in the suite. On the wall shelf in the living room, and behind the nightstands in the bedroom you will find beautiful lifelike images, which were shot by a local artist.

The complex also has a piece of outdoor living. On the rooftop you find a swimming pool with a terrace where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the city. The roof terrace can be reached by stairs as well as by elevator. Since the apartment is located on the top floor, you can reach the rooftop terrace by climbing up one stair.
