Wow! How wonderful it is to receive a great review from guests who have stayed with us.

Our bookings go through Airbnb and Booking.com. You are probably familiar with the fact that reviews are extremely important. It's no different on these platforms. At Airbnb in particular, reviews have a major influence on your possible success on the platform. Why? You can become a super host with a rating of at least 4.8. This has the advantages that you are more prominent in the search results and that you immediately have the trust of potential customers.

This is the effective side of a review, but that's actually the boring side. The side I want to write about is the passionate side of a review. Do you have any idea what it feels like? For months you think about the layout of the apartments, the functionality of the space and equipment, the concept and a way to approach it differently than other providers of apartments.

That last one has kept us very busy. We have tried to think of everything, and we have created a place that looks very different from the other offerings in Santa Maria. This is also immediately noticeable in the number of bookings. But the bookings are not decisive for the success if you ask us. What makes it really measurable are the reviews and other comments you receive. They actually say something about the stay and the experience.

The moment we received the first review was overwhelming. To read that guests have enjoyed what you have created is fantastic. It's a great idea to get recognition that you positively contribute to guests' memories. In fact; the moment we collected the first income was nice, but the moments when we received positive reviews were much more valuable.

We hope to welcome hundreds of guests in the future. On to a life as a superhost!
